Roundway Hill 2007 Oil on canvas 30cm x 40cm (11.75" x 15.75") A brightly coloured composition suggests an autumnal afternoon up on Roundway Hill in Devizes. Warm oranges, browns and reds bring the hills in the foreground to life, while the background remains distant and aloof. The painting embodies a typical Wiltshire landscape, with rolling hills at its very heart.
