Old Sarum Oil on canvas 70cm x 50cm (27.5" x 19.75") The old hill fort of Old Sarum stands proud, despite the cathedral and castle having been in ruins for hundreds of years. Still a magical place to walk around, this ancient site holds many childhood memories for the artist. Bright colours give an otherwise bleak winter landscape life and warmth.
